We are excited to bring you a morning of Yoga, Self-care, and journalling at our Ikoyi studio!
This class -part Yoga workout and part journaling and self-care session- will help you perform at optimal levels throughout 2017. Think of it as a mini retreat, to help you identify how you can take better care of yourself as you work towards your goals and resolutions for the year.
During the class, you will be getting into Yoga poses designed to help you de-stress and improve your flexibility. Don't worry if you're new to Yoga or you've never tried it before. The class has been created with beginners in mind. Afterward, the session on journaling and self-care will help you identify sources of stress in your life and how you can manage them. Not to be missed!
