Our Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Bookings outside regular CapitalSquare working hours (i.e. weekends, public holidays, or after 5pm on weekdays) will attract an extra charge of 20% of the total booking fee.
Your reservation will be held for up to 6 hours pending payment, and will only be confirmed when 100% payment is made.
If you need to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance, we would be happy to provide a full refund (less the bank transfer charge of N105.00), or credit towards a future booking.
For cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours to the meeting, we will offer a refund or credit, less 10% of the total booking charge.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours to your meeting slot, we will offer a refund of 50%.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours to your meeting will be charged at the full rate.
