the interview

What do you love about working for yourself?

Being free to innovate, experiment and be creative whilst solving problems

What’s the hardest thing about being an entrepreneur?

Staying motivated in the midst of challenges. Its harder when you are surrounded by non-entrepreneurs.

What do you wish you knew before you started your business?

Don"t waste time chasing the shadows.

Why do you do what you do? Where did the idea come from?

Education is an escape for many under-served communities. It provides a beacon of hope for individuals. I want to create the opportunity for many young people to learn how to live and how to make a living.

The idea came from the problem solving approach i took towards the problems plaguing the Nigerian higher education system

How different is what you do now from what you wanted to do as a child?

I wanted to be many things including being an entrepreneur. So I can say I am getting to do a bit of what I envisioned for myself.

How long have you been working out of CapitalSquare? What has the experience been like? Would you recommend it?

I am CapitalSquare’s  client #1 :)   CS started at the time I needed where to work from. Now it is like home. It has surpassed my expectations. The people are friendly and the CS team is like family.  I am a CapitalSquare envangelist. After I promote by business, the next place I talk about is CapitalSquare. All my friends work from here now. More will follow soon.

If you could share a desk with any two people in the world, who would they be? Why?

Temi Kolawole - CEO, Antigravity Inc  &  Josiah Uma - CEO, ViganTech.  They are both my friends, they work from CS right now, we already share desks, laughs and interests outside of work.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

A Lion
