Hello Edirin, wait, what is the meaning of your name?

It means endurance. Patience, generally.

Oh? Nice. So, tell us, what's your go-to productivity trick?

Lol, food. Once I have breakfast before I start the day, I automatically become productive and that has always worked for me.

Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your work?

That would have to be Beyonce! her drive, passion and all that. I love it. She really is my inspiration.

What behaviour/personality trait do you most attribute to your success and why?

Discipline. Working with Ola Leslie and even personally, every new height of success requires like a higher level of discipline and it only gets better with time.

What is it like working with Ola Leslie solicitors?

Working with Ola Leslie is great. Our clients are mostly based in the UK & Nigeria, so it's been an interesting experience for me. The exposure is good and I love it.

How do you prefer to start your day?

(With hot breakfast) By praying o, and reading the Bible. And I like to end my day like that as well, lol.

What about your work drains you?

Slow internet, oh my goodness! (Cringe)

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I have too many and they are all big deals, I can't pick one right now.

What is your favorite work tool?

Nuance PDF because that's what I use the most, you know, law.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert at something, what would you choose?

A pilot! I really would love to be a pilot.

What is the best thing that has happened to you this year?

Finally starting my own online clothing store! Yay!

What book are you currently reading?

Right now, nothing but my favorite book of all time is Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

What is something you're really good at?

Sales. Marketing as a whole.

What 3 words do you think your colleagues would describe you by?

Industrious (I really am a jack of all trades, master of many), Diva, Happy-go-lucky.

How do you unwind after a long day?

I just watch movies and chill.

What do you think about CapitalSquare?

I think CapitalSquare is amazing and the people are friendly and the ambiance is welcoming. I also love that they give small businesses the opportunity to express themselves and grow without having to worry about getting an office. However, I don't like the occasional water issues but I see that it’s getting better.

Thank you for your time, Edirin. xx
